Prenatal Massage

Prenatal Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother. Prenatal Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.

Hot Stone Therapy

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Couples Massage

Simply put, a couples massage is when you and a friend each enjoy a massage while lying on two separate beds next to each other. There are two massage therapists—one for each person.  Relax and enjoy!

Chair Massage

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule. Travel time is additional and one hour minimum out of office.

Children and Young Adults LOVE Massages Too!!

Massage can help children relax, deal with stress and anxiety. Children and young adults playing sports will benefit from massage reducing muscle pain, spams and tension. 

All minors can receive massage with parental/legal consent.

Clients age 15 and under parent/guardian must be present in treatment room.

Clients age 16-17, if both client and parent/guardian are comfortable with child being in session by themselves, parent must sign form.

Appropriate draping will be used at all times, only areas being massaged are uncovered. 

Children 5 and under, massages sessions are 30 minutes for $45.00

Love Essential Oils, Want to Learn More?

This extensive essential oil class will cover how to use essential oils for adults/babies/children, chakras/balancing, biblical oils, targeting specific conditions; learn how to blend oils, quality and methods used along with therapeutic guidelines. Class includes a small essential oil kit plus supplies to explore making air/body mists, massage oils, formulas for diffusers, baths and more!

Class: Fundamentals of Herbalism

This in-depth introductory course teaches the fundamentals of traditional herbalism.  You will learn life skills that can help you personally, professionally or with your family.  Herbal teas are part of all classes!

Holistic Wellness Consultation

This comprehensive scan checks more than 190 biomarkers and identifies key biomarker areas for which you may need additional support, identifies biological coherence to more than 300 foods to help you make better dietary choices, identifies core body systems out of balance, hormone and immunity and much, much more!

Your initial holistic wellness consult will be approximately 1-1.5 hours.  We will obtain very detailed information such as current health status, medial and family history, dietary intake, physical and emotional/spiritual well-being.  We will work to customize a holistic wellness plan that will allow you to start your healing process and set goals for continued personal wellness.

Spiritual Counseling

Spiritual and or religious persons seeking the help of a therapist often want a holistic approach that includes their religious beliefs.  Spiritual psychology, prayer, quiet reflection, religious meditation and other spiritual connection are often the foundation of an individual's self-care routine. 

New research suggests that incorporating an individual's spiritual/religious beliefs into therapy can assist in the therapeutic healing process. 

Our guidance includes:   Offering comfort in times of grief, provide social and emotional support, provide moral guidelines by which to live, help people find meaning and purpose in life, guidance and support about family concerns, prayer requests.

We are not licensed and do not provide mental health therapy. We provide pastoral non-denominational counseling.
